Learn Sinhala provides a language learning application and related content. You may use the App and Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without written permission.

2. Free access and accounts

Learn Sinhala is a free, community-driven project. All lessons are free, including future lessons when released. We do not show ads or charge for subscriptions or lesson unlocks. There are no daily lesson limits or waiting periods between available lessons. A free account is required to save and sync your progress. Keep your sign-in details secure.

3. Intellectual property

All content, including lessons, audio, text, graphics, and code, is owned by Learn Sinhala or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use the App or Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

5. Disclaimer

Learn Sinhala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Language learning results vary by individual.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Sinhala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
